How do I apply for a trade account?
Simply complete our Apply for an Account form online. Once submitted, we’ll review your application and set up your account within a few working hours — you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s ready.
What are your delivery times?
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days across the UK mainland.
How much is delivery?
- Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100 (ex VAT)
- £12.95 delivery charge for orders under £100
- Free delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands on orders over £250
- Orders below this threshold may incur a surcharge based on size and weight — please contact us for details.
